Do Leaves have Intelligence?

I walked by the sidewalk, looking at the leaves in front of me. I wondered if trees have intelligence and if leaves have intelligence, just like how our body parts have intelligence.

Here's how I reasoned it:

1. I roughly define intelligence as the ability to adapt to entropy, to reflect, and to learn.
2. Hypothesizing if trees don't have intelligence, then how do they know to grow tall? How do they know deeper roots = more nutrients and higher branches = more sunlight? How would they know green is the right color to absorb the most amount of sunlight? Pattern recognition through years of evolution? Maybe. But how do we explain experiments where if you box a plant and keep one side without sunlight, it will tend to grow towards the side that has sunlight?
3. Why do all sunflowers face the same direction? How do they know to face the sun while growing and settling at East when they are mature?
4. By contradiction, they must have intelligence.

Now onto the leaves: why do leaves structure their veins the way they do? I think performing photosynthesis requires skill. It requires practice. Like how moving our body and fingers require practice to do it naturally and subconsciously. That's learning and intelligence on its own.

journal part: I was walking to work to Textnow this morning. A few days after being aware of Terra and writing down my dreams.

Two incidences that were abnormal.

1. Morning walk. I didn't talk much with Carlton, since I was thinking about what to do at work. After leaving Carlton, the urge to put on Air Pods and listen to Horsemeet or another YouTube video was not that strong. So I kept walking.

For some reason, I thought I could see nature more clearly through my glasses.
